NEFI has taken its role as a leader in the transformation of our industry very seriously. Most recently, NEFI invested significant time and resources in making sure that the pathway to our future is achievable, realistic and supported by the most effective strategies. Kearney, a leading global management consulting firm, was engaged to develop the Roadmap to Success. This guiding document has animated the renewable liquid heating fuel initiative over the last six months and will continue to serve as the blueprint to our renewable future.
Subsequent time and investment has been committed by hundreds of stakeholders to take the findings of Kearney’s Roadmap to Success and flesh them out via smaller taskforces that focus on a number of key components. Those taskforce reports can be found here as well.
